2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of bdgo33 services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and game participation — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible adults. The following conditions apply to all account holders.

• Minimum age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. bdgo33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including before the first withdrawal.
• Single account: Each individual natural person may hold only one bdgo33 account. Duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited.
• Personal use only: Accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You may not allow any other person — including a family member — to use or access your account.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not register a new account if you have previously self-excluded from bdgo33 or if you are subject to an active self-exclusion agreement on any other platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date. bdgo33 is not responsible for any failed communications, missed notifications, or withheld withdrawals arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

bdgo33 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other point at our discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account screen showing your registered mobile number).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary account hold, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or account closure at bdgo33's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. bdgo33 will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdgo33 support immediately at [email protected].

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bdgo33 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x). The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual bonus offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim window and wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is ৳500 (or the equivalent stated in the offer terms). Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and all derived winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a second bonus; the new deposit will be added to your real-money balance.
• Non-transferable: Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash prior to full satisfaction of wagering requirements.

bdgo33 monitors bonus usage patterns. Practices considered abusive include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; wagering exclusively on low-risk or excluded games to deplete wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics; and using automated software to meet wagering requirements. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have the relevant bonus and all derived winnings cancelled, and may be subject to permanent account closure.

bdgo33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the terms of any bonus already accepted by a player shall remain in effect until that bonus either expires or its wagering requirements are satisfied.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdgo33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or gamble while under 18 years of age, or providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent age verification.
• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one bdgo33 account, including using different personal details, devices, or IP addresses to evade detection.
• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or fulfil wagering requirements on your behalf.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits. All such deposits will be reversed and the account closed.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free bets, or promotional odds in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, where such activity constitutes an abuse of promotional terms.
• Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward bdgo33 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access the Platform while under a self-exclusion, account suspension, or account closure order through any technical or deceptive means.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdgo33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, even if bdgo33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdgo33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdgo33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, planned and unplanned maintenance outages may occur.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through bdgo33 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to bring a class action or consolidated proceeding against bdgo33.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
